Supervised the management and planning for the Operating rooms, CSSD, Day surgery unit, PACU, and Pre-anesthesia clinic. Strategic planning for operating room expansion, developing day surgical unit, the introduction of robotic surgery.

For 10 years, Dr. Tahir Yunus has given services of weight loss and bariatric surgery at International Medical Centre Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and he remained there as a Chairman of surgery for more than five years. And being there, he has performed more than 2000 advanced laparoscopic and bariatric surgeries. He was a renowned expert in this field.
